Supervision for Inclusion Leaders and DSLs

I believe strongly that regular supervision should be part of any Inclusion Leader's role and anyone working as part of the Designated Safeguarding team as well. I can provide a regular supervision session - offering non managerial support and providing a safe space to reflect on the issues that can arise in these roles. These sessions are not  designed to problem solve or signpost but rather to provide some time to reflect on the difficult situations that can arise without judgement or managerial oversight.
